PRESTIGE ESTATES Share Price Up by 5%; BSE REALTY Index Up 3.3%

PRESTIGE ESTATES share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 270.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY Index is at 2,369 (up 3.3%).

Among the top Gainers in the BSE REALTY Index today are PRESTIGE ESTATES (up 5.0%) and GODREJ PROPERTIES (up 5.8%).

Over the last one year, PRESTIGE ESTATES has moved down from Rs 345 to Rs 270, registering a loss of Rs 75 (down 22.2%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY has moved up from 2,222 to 2,369, registering a gain of 147 points (up 6.0%) during the last 12 months.

The top buzzing stocks among the BSE REALTY Index stocks during this same period were GODREJ PROPERTIES (up 42.4%), INDIABULLS REAL EST (up 20.2%) and OBEROI REALTY (up 6.2%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 46,342 (up 0.7%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex stocks today are M&M (up 2.3%), SBI (up 2.3%) and INFOSYS (up 1.9%). Other gainers include BAJAJ FINANCE (up 1.8%) and INDUSIND BANK (up 1.8%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are SBI and INFOSYS.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 13,566 (up 0.5%). The top gainers in the NSE Nifty include WIPRO (up 4.9%), CIPLA (up 2.6%) and INFOSYS (up 2.0%). Other gainers include SBI (up 2.0%) and M&M (up 1.7%) are among the top gainers in NSE Nifty.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 41,643 to 46,342, registering a gain of 4,699 points (up 11.23%).
