AVANTEL SOFT share price has zoomed 6% and is presently trading at Rs 134.6.

Meanwhile, the BSE IT index is at 37,057.6 (down 0.2%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE IT index today are TANLA SOLUTIONS (up 3.7%) and ROUTE MOBILE (up 3.0%).

Infosys (down 1.5%) and KPIT TECHNOLOGIES (down 0.8%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, AVANTEL SOFT has moved up from Rs 132.3 to Rs 134.6, registering a gain of Rs 2.3 (up 1.8%).

On the other hand, the BSE IT index has moved down from 42,751.4 to 37,057.6, registering a loss of 13.3% during the last 12 months.

The top losers among the BSE IT index stocks during this same period were ROUTE MOBILE (down 54.5%), Sonata Software (down 47.3%) and HAPPIEST MINDS TECHNOLOGIES (down 43.7%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 82,390.9 (up 0.7%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Eternal Ltd (up 2.8%) and Bajaj Finance (up 1.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Eternal Ltd and Kotak Bank.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,322.6 (up 0.6%). ONGC and Hindalco are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 76,520.4 to 82,390.9, registering a gain of 5,870.5 points (up 7.7%).

AVANTEL SOFT Financial Update...

AVANTEL SOFT net profit fell 86.3% YoY to Rs 27 million for the quarter ended December 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 201 million a year ago. Net sales declined 26.8% to Rs 517 million during the period as against Rs 707 million in October-December 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, AVANTEL SOFT reported 7.4% increase in net profit to Rs 564 million compared to net profit of Rs 526 million during FY24. Revenue of the company grew 12.5% to Rs 2,222 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of AVANTEL SOFT, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 219.0.
