CG Power & Industrial share price has zoomed 5% and is presently trading at Rs 558.3.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index is at 63,502.8 (up 2.0%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index today are ABB (up 3.1%) and HINDUSTAN AERO. (up 2.4%).

TIMKEN INDIA (down 1.4%) and Carborundum Universal (down 1.1%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, CG Power & Industrial has moved down from Rs 627.4 to Rs 558.3, registering a loss of Rs 69.1 (down 11.0%).

On the other hand, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index has moved up from 63,429.8 to 63,502.8, registering a gain of 0.1% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index stocks during this same period were Bharat Electronics (up 54.9%), Graphite India (up 29.2%) and GMR Infra (up 25.6%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 82,281.4 (up 0.5%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Axis Bank (up 2.4%) and Eternal Ltd (up 1.4%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Bajaj Finserv and Eternal Ltd.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,289.8 (up 0.5%). ONGC and Coal India are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 76,520.4 to 82,281.4, registering a gain of 5,761.0 points (up 7.5%).

CG Power & Industrial Financial Update...

CG Power & Industrial net profit grew 19.4% YoY to Rs 2,839 million for the quarter ended December 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 2,379 million a year ago. Net sales rose 26.2% to Rs 31,754 million during the period as against Rs 25,157 million in October-December 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, CG Power & Industrial reported 11.7% increase in net profit to Rs 9,730 million compared to net profit of Rs 8,711 million during FY24. Revenue of the company grew 23.2% to Rs 99,087 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of CG Power & Industrial, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 79.2.
