KINGS INFRA share price has zoomed 7% and is presently trading at Rs 124.7.

Meanwhile, the BSE REALTY index is at 5,962.9 (up 0.9%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE REALTY index today are MAHINDRA LIFESPACE (up 2.4%) and Phoenix Mill (up 2.2%).

Brigade Enterprises (down 0.4%) is among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, KINGS INFRA has moved down from Rs 140.6 to Rs 124.7, registering a loss of Rs 15.9 (down 11.3%).

On the other hand, the BSE REALTY index has moved down from 6,889.3 to 5,962.9, registering a loss of 13.4% during the last 12 months.

The top losers among the BSE REALTY index stocks during this same period were Godrej Properties (down 31.4%), Brigade Enterprises (down 30.5%) and SUNTECK REALTY (down 21.0%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 82,374.7 (up 0.6%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Eternal Ltd (up 2.6%) and Bajaj Finance (up 1.9%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are Eternal Ltd and Kotak Bank.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 25,322.6 (up 0.6%). ONGC and Hindalco are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 76,520.4 to 82,374.7, registering a gain of 5,854.3 points (up 7.7%).

KINGS INFRA Financial Update...

KINGS INFRA net profit grew 22.4% YoY to Rs 42 million for the quarter ended September 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 35 million a year ago. Net sales rose 41.5% to Rs 431 million during the period as against Rs 305 million in July-September 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, KINGS INFRA reported 70.7% increase in net profit to Rs 129 million compared to net profit of Rs 76 million during FY24. Revenue of the company grew 37.0% to Rs 1,238 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of KINGS INFRA, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 21.4.
