SHILCHAR ELE share price has zoomed 8% and is presently trading at Rs 3,433.7.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index is at 63,760.5 (down 1.4%).

Among the top gainers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index today are GMR Infra (up 3.1%) and ADANI GREEN ENERGY (up 2.7%).

HINDUSTAN AERO. (down 3.3%) and Carborundum Universal (down 3.1%) are among the top losers today.

Over the last one year, SHILCHAR ELE has moved down from Rs 4,737.4 to Rs 3,433.7, registering a loss of Rs 1,303.7 (down 27.5%).

On the other hand, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index has moved up from 62,112.3 to 63,760.5, registering a gain of 2.7% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index stocks during this same period were Bharat Electronics (up 51.3%), GMR Infra (up 30.0%) and BHEL (up 27.6%).

The BSE Sensex is at 80,529.2 (down 0.2%).

The top losers among the BSE Sensex today are ITC (down 2.4%) and SBI (down 2.2%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ITC and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,728.5 (down 0.4%). Shriram Transport and Cipla are among the top losers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 76,759.8 to 80,529.2, registering a gain of 3,769.4 points (up 4.9%).

SHILCHAR ELE Financial Update...

SHILCHAR ELE net profit grew 21.8% YoY to Rs 423 million for the quarter ended December 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 348 million a year ago. Net sales rose 10.7% to Rs 1,703 million during the period as against Rs 1,537 million in October-December 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, SHILCHAR ELE reported 59.8% increase in net profit to Rs 1,469 million compared to net profit of Rs 919 million during FY24. Revenue of the company grew 57.0% to Rs 6,231 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of SHILCHAR ELE, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 21.2.
