TRANSFORMERS & RECTIFIERS share price has plunged 4% and is presently trading at Rs 227.1.

Meanwhile, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index is at 64,317.4 (down 0.5%).

Among the top losers in the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index today are HINDUSTAN AERO. (down 3.2%) and AIA Engineering (down 2.8%).

GMR Infra (up 4.1%) and ADANI GREEN ENERGY (up 3.5%) are among the top gainers today.

Over the last one year, TRANSFORMERS & RECTIFIERS has moved down from Rs 447.8 to Rs 227.1, registering a loss of Rs 220.7 (down 49.3%).

On the other hand, the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index has moved up from 62,112.3 to 64,317.4, registering a gain of 3.6% during the last 12 months.

The top gainers among the BSE CAPITAL GOODS index stocks during this same period were Bharat Electronics (up 53.7%), GMR Infra (up 31.3%) and BHEL (up 28.9%).

What About the Benchmark Indices?

The BSE Sensex is at 80,947.0 (up 0.3%).

The top gainers among the BSE Sensex today are Tata Motors (up 3.3%) and MUNDRA PORT & SEZ (up 3.1%). The most traded stocks in the BSE Sensex are ITC and Tata Steel.

In the meantime, NSE Nifty is at 24,868.1 (up 0.2%). Tata Motors and Tata Consumer Products are among the top gainers in NSE NIFTY.

Over the last 12 months, the BSE Sensex has moved up from 76,759.8 to 80,947.0, registering a gain of 4,187.2 points (up 5.5%).

TRANSFORMERS & RECTIFIERS Financial Update...

TRANSFORMERS & RECTIFIERS net profit grew 36.9% YoY to Rs 760 million for the quarter ended December 2025, compared to a profit of Rs 555 million a year ago. Net sales rose 31.7% to Rs 7,368 million during the period as against Rs 5,594 million in October-December 2024.

For the year ended March 2025, TRANSFORMERS & RECTIFIERS reported 360.4% increase in net profit to Rs 2,164 million compared to net profit of Rs 470 million during FY24. Revenue of the company grew 56.5% to Rs 20,145 million during FY25.

The current Price to earnings ratio of TRANSFORMERS & RECTIFIERS, based on rolling 12 month earnings, stands at 24.8.
