Which are the top gainers and top losers within the BSE Sensex companies today?
Within the BSE Sensex, the top gainers were INFOSYS (up 4.0%) and TECH MAHINDRA (up 3.7%). On the other hand, KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK (down 1.3%) and BHARTI AIRTEL (down 1.1%) were among the top losers.
Which are the other important indices one should track?
Well, it depends on what your goals are.
Having said that, the two key indices to track are the BSE Sensex which contains the list of BSE 30 stocks and the NSE Nifty which contains the list of NSE 50 stocks.
However, these two indices are considered to be too narrow by some, since they only track 30 and 50 stocks, respectively.
